What it does

The Contact Manager is a CRM application which is tightly integrated into the Lotus Notes mail system. It can be used to manage communications with both suppliers and customers.
 

Background

 The Contact Manager product evolved out of a series of CRM type systems that we have developed for manufacturing organisations.
