Leasing software by the month 

We can provide software under a number of schemes.

You can buy a perpetual software licence outright and optionally take out a maintenance and support package. This suits some organisations but it does mean that the costs are heavily weighted towards the start of the project.

Alternatively we can lease you the software so that you pay for it month by month. The leasing includes a maintenance and support agreement so your costs are spread equally across the life of the system and you can be sure that you have access to both support and the latest versions of the software.

In accounting terms the lease is termed as an Operating Lease and does not involve any loans or other finance arrangements. The lease does have a minimum lease period and we do provide a service to give you copies of your data should you wish to move to an alternative system in the future.
