Reducing Costs
The Delivery Toolkit applications reduce costs by :

Eliminating or substantially reducing the movement of paper documents around your organisation. The main saving is not in the paper or the postage ( although this can be important  ) but in greater efficiency that electronic systems bring. For example the exact "location" of every document in the approval loop is displayed by named person.

Promoting a "Self Service" approach whereby the individuals best placed to perform actions are able to do so rather than passing information from person to person. For example when a team leader delivers some team training they can quickly create training records for all those who attended instead of passing the information on to an administrator.

Improving control to reduces wasted spend and allow the management team to manage difficult cases by exception rather than spending time managing all cases ( or perhaps none )

Providing key metrics and performance data such as spend maps by supplier or spend type allows both an individuals performance and the organisations performance to be improved.
